The Digital Twin

Simultaneous analysis of multiple data sources leads to higher process security

To enable the TX-1, we create a Digital Twin, a digital model of the learned, optimal process. This model serves as the comparison basis for the carried out work.

To create the Digital Twin, we visit you in your production and collect the data of the selected process, taking into account all possible data sources that indicate the correct execution of the step: tactile, acoustic and acceleration sources.

Once the model is finalized, we integrate it into the TX-1 electronics, which is then ready to give your workers real-time feedback, provide valuable data and support your process optimization.

skillflow in action

Real-time feedback at the shopfloor for the worker

In the shopfloor, TX-1 provides immediate feedback to the worker, communicating if the carried out interaction deviates from the optimal process. This feedback can either be communicated directly on the TX-1 through LED-lights, vibration or sounds, or on additional workstation screens.

Dashboards and documentation for the production and quality assurance managers

skillflow creates value from your manual process data. Just like you are used to dashboards from machine-based processes, you can now also digitally visualise the quality of your manual worksteps. For that, you can either use the different skillflow dashboards with user-specific metrics or you can connect skillflow to your existing MES dashboards.

DE

Device management for the IT and innovation managers

skillflow comes with a device management system, which includes information such as battery status and software version, and allows for convenient OTA updates of the electronics. With our APIs we can integrate into existing systems.
